How do I attach pictures and videos in-app?

You'll be able to attach videos and pictures on the app by visiting your fragment collect, in your profile. Selecting the desired fragment and following the steps to upload your content.

How do I transfer my purchase from OpenSea to the app?

You'll be able to redeem your fragment by downloading the app, logging in with your account/wallet that holds the fragment.

I just bought my fragment. How do I use it on the app?

You'll be able to use your fragment in the app by logging in, and visiting your profile. Under your profile setting, select fragment collection to begin uploading your content.

What's the difference between Small and
Large Fragments?

Fragment sizes determine the number of pictures and or videos you can attach. Small fragments are limited to 1 upload, while large fragments have a capacity of 2 uploads.

What is the Golden-Globe-Football™?

The Golden-Globe-Football™ is the first digital reward made by football fans, all of whom contribute to creating the digital representation of their football fandom!

What are fragments?

Fragments are the access key into the world of FIFA Phygtl, where fragments play a crucial role in building a more immersive and rewarding experience compared to existing social media.

A fandom leaderboard gives fans visibility to other fans and their level of engagement.

Why do points matter?

Points determine your leaderboard ranking and can also be used to redeem additional fragment.

How can I earn points?

For every fragment you own, every other friend you invite, and every minute you spend discovering other fan's content generates in-app points.

Can I get multipliers on my points?

Yes, by completing the stage quests and actively engaging the app, multipliers will be applied based on log in streaks.
